What if ocean is the next countryside? Just like a field, ocean is feeding us. Humans' extractive activities are as harmful for the soil as they are for the sea. What 'space'/ surface do we have there left, that we could use to have a positive impact on this endangered environment?

Repurposing disused oil and gas platforms could be one answer to bring back biodiversity fighting against ground and water pollution. With a case-study off the coast of Angola, Clémence researchs resilience in a post-oil world context for this modern world ruin at the intersection of birds migratory roads and shipping routes.
